Par son projet CASA (CArrefour des Services d’Affaires), la Société a amorcé depuis quelques années une vaste transformation numérique afin de bonifier les services offerts à ses clients, ses partenaires et ses employés, en s’appuyant sur la mise en place d’un progiciel de gestion intégré (PGI) de l’entreprise SAP qui supporte la majorité des processus de mission et de soutien à la Société. Le présent mandat s’inscrit dans la continuité de cette transformation numérique.

Il vise plus particulièrement la mise sous contrat de deux prestataires de services pour aider la Société à poursuivre sa transformation, à supporter et à faire évoluer la solution afin de répondre aux nouveaux besoins d’affaires de toutes les vice-présidences de la Société. La Société veut retenir les services d’un prestataire de services par lot, selon les modalités d’adjudication décrites au présent document. Par le biais de cet appel d’offres, la Société souhaite retenir les services d’un prestataire de services spécialisés en technologies de l’information (TI) pour la réalisation de différents mandats pour les lots 1 et 2. Plus précisément, ces travaux permettront de répondre aux besoins actuels de support et d’évolution des services et des solutions numériques, pour les clients, les employés et les partenaires de la Société soutenus par l’écosystème SAP.
