Terms of use

These terms describe the service offered by Lauréo at the time of publication.

The service

  • Lauréo makes facts from public registers searchable. The official record and the public body's documents remain the authority.
  • The service provides no legal advice, eligibility decision or guarantee that a public tender is still open.

Saved searches and alerts

  • An alert is enabled separately for a saved search, with your explicit consent. An account may have no more than three active alerts.
  • The alert covers only new notices matching the saved filter after activation. It does not replay history and sends no email when there is nothing new.
  • Emails are a convenience for discovering notices, not an official notification. Delivery can be delayed or retried; a duplicate remains possible after acceptance by the email provider.
  • You can disable each alert in your account or all alerts through the public link included in every email.

Conditions before sending

Before external sending is activated, the sender's identity and postal address, the unsubscribe mechanism and legal review must be validated in the actual messages.

Availability and accuracy

Lauréo may suspend processing when the source is stale or unavailable. Always verify dates, addenda and participation requirements with the public body and on the official source.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for checking official documents, deadlines and your eligibility before making a decision or submitting a bid.
