Les documents d’appel d’offres sont disponibles sur le Système électronique d’appel d’offres SEAO à l’adresse www.seao.ca ou en communiquant avec un de ses représentants par téléphone au numéro (number on the official notice) pour la région de Montréal, ou pour l’extérieur au numéro 1-866-669-seao (7326). 2. Seules seront considérées les soumissions présentées sur les documents spécialement préparés à cette fin et qui seront trouvées conformes aux conditions énumérées aux documents d’appel d’offres. 3.
