The calculation
Calendar days between closing (August 20, 2014) and the first award date published for this notice (September 17, 2014): 28 days.
What goes in
For this notice, every dated award counts, whatever its status, and the earliest date is kept. The median across all notices only keeps the notices whose earliest dated winning award, neither cancelled nor unsuccessful, falls on or after the closing day — over 119,539 notices.

Description

100%

  • •
    Créer un lieu de destination desservant les citoyens du Grand Montréal ;
  • •
    Créer des accès à l’eau pour la baignade et autres activités de contact avec l’eau ;
  • •
    Mettre en valeur le territoire et les paysages ;
  • •
    Créer un lien entre le parc Jean-Drapeau et le Récré-O-Parc de Sainte-Catherine ;
  • •
