100%La Direction des ressources informationnelles Lanaudière, Laurentides et Laval (DRILLL) sous la gouverne de Santé Québec Lanaudière (ORGANISME PUBLIC) doit réaliser plusieurs grands projets, lesquels projets nécessitent l’apport de ressources qualifiées en TI dans le domaine de la santé. Le contrat découlant de cet appel d’offres constitue un contrat à exécution sur demande. Le présent appel d’offres est scindé en sept (7) lots séparés et distincts.

Un même PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES peut soumissionner sur un lot ou plusieurs lots. Il devra prendre en considération sa capacité à exécuter les services conformément aux spécifications et aux exigences détaillées dans ce document d'appel d'offres. Si le montant de la Soumission par lot, fait en sorte que le contrat comporte une dépense égale ou supérieure à DEUX MILLION DE DOLLARS (2 000 000$), Le prestataire de services doit être titulaire d’un système d’assurance de la qualité valide conforme à la norme ISO 9001:2015 ou 9001:2026 (voir article 1.04.20 de la Régie) . Si le montant de la Soumission par lot, fait en sorte que le contrat comporte une dépense égale ou supérieure à UN MILLION DE DOLLARS (1 000 000$), le SOUMISSIONNAIRE doit, à la date de dépôt de sa Soumission, détenir une autorisation de contracter délivrée par l’Autorité des marchés publics (AMP) (voir article 1.04.24 de la Régie) . Les soumissionnaires doivent être en affaires depuis au moins trois (3) ans dans le domaine des services professionnels(joindre la fiche juridique au le Registre des entreprises (REQ) ou dans un territoire visé par un Accord Intergouvernemental (joindre copie de la fiche de constitution de l’entreprise en Français). Santé Québec Lanaudière, par le biais de la DRILLL, requiert les services de plusieurs PRESTATAIRES DE SERVICES spécialisés dans le domaine des TI qui peuvent lui permettre de se doter en ressources spécialisées pour pourvoir les différents profils décrits dans le présent devis. En plus des activités de soutien des actifs en place, plusieurs projets stratégiques d’envergure sont en cours d’implantation et de nombreux autres projets sont à l’étape d’analyse ou d’élaboration. Ces multiples projets requièrent l’apport de nombreuses ressources spécialisées dont des chargés de projets et des ressources techniques en TI et dans de multiples champs de spécialisations connexes.
