100%Investissement Québec (IQ) souhaite lancer un appel d’offres public afin d’octroyer un mandat de services professionnels pour soutenir l’évolution de sa plateforme Salesforce et l’intégration de celle-ci avec ses systèmes métiers. Le mandat vise principalement les composantes Salesforce utilisées par IQ, notamment Sales Cloud et Experience Cloud, pour les volets CRM (GRC) et Portail, au bénéfice de l’ensemble des lignes d’affaires.
