L’ouverture des soumissions suivra immédiatement devant 2 témoins. Toute personne qui désire soumissionner doit se procurer les documents d’appel d’offres, sans intermédiaire, obligatoirement par le biais du site Web du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) au https://seao.gouv.qc.ca ou par téléphone au (number on the official notice) , à compter du 18 octobre 2024 .
