100%Description du mandat Le CISSS de Lanaudière, par le biais de la DRI LLL, requiert les services de plusieurs prestataires de services spécialisés dans le domaine des TI qui peuvent lui permettre de se doter en ressources spécialisées pour pourvoir les différents postes décrits dans le présent devis. En plus des activités de soutien des actifs en place, plusieurs projets stratégiques d’envergure sont en cours d’implantation et de nombreux autres projets sont à l’étape d’analyse ou d’élaboration.

Ces multiples projets requièrent l’apport de nombreuses ressources spécialisées dont des chargés de projets et des ressources techniques en TI et dans de multiples champs de spécialisations connexes. Ces ressources peuvent être assignées à des projets spécifiques ou en soutien aux ressources en services d’exploitation des technologies en place, et ce, en fonction des besoins. Le nombre d’heures estimées pour chacune des ressources est indiqué dans les tableaux ci-dessous. Ces quantités sont présentées à titre indicatif, ne représentent pas un minimum ni un maximum garanti, et les ressources pourraient être appelées à réaliser d’autres activités concomitantes. Les mandats seront émis en fonction des disponibilités financières octroyées à l’ORGANISME PUBLIC par le MSSS, et de ses partenaires afin de financer les mandats en question. Les ressources proposées doivent répondre aux exigences formulées dans les profils présentés aux points 3.1.2 , 3.1.4 , 0 , 3.1.5, 3.1.6 et 3.1.7 du devis, précisés aux annexes A (Lot #1 Chef de service), B (Lot#2 Systèmes d’information), C (Lot#3 Conseilleren technologie de l’information), D (Lot#4 Expert technologique), E (Lot#5 Technicien et opérateur informatique) et F (Lot# 6 Analyste programmeur informatique) du présent devis. Chaque lot est un contrat à partet est octroyé de façon indépendante et les soumissionnaires seront classés par lot. Le soumissionnaire qui soumet une offre pour un lot donné doit couvrir tous les types de ressources de cette catégorie le cas échéant sous peine de rejet de sa soumission.
