Dans ce contexte, la DRIT souhaite confier un mandat d’accompagnement dans les phases suivantes : La rédaction d’un appel d’offres pour la sélection du remplacement de son système de gestion des services TI (GSTI); L’évaluation et l’optimisation des processus existants à l’aide d’un outil de « Process mining » afin de préparer l’étape d’implantation; L’implantation du produit sélectionné lors de l’appel d’offres. La description des modules qui seront implantés est incluse dans la section de la phase 3; L’implantation de fonctionnalités supplémentaires. Cette phase est optionnelle, mais elle doit être incluse dans la soumission.
