100%Le ministère du Travail, de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale requiert les services d’un (1) prestataire de services, afin de fournir des services professionnels, dans le domaine des technologies de l’information (TI), auprès du Secteur de la direction générale des ressources informationnelles. Plus précisément, l’appel d’offres concerne des travaux d’architecture d’entreprise pour la réalisation d’analyses stratégiques en technologies de l’information. Les travaux s’échelonneront sur une période de trente-six mois (36) mois débutant le 18 juillet 2022 et se terminant le 18 juillet 2025.

PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES ADMIS À PRÉSENTER UNE SOUMISSION
Seuls sont admis à présenter une soumission les prestataires de services possédant les qualifications requises, ayant un établissement au Québec ou dans un des territoires visés par les accords applicables. Le MTESS ne s’engage à accepter aucune des soumissions reçues, notamment lorsqu’il juge que les prix sont trop élevés ou disproportionnés ou ne reflètent pas un juste prix.
AUTORISATION DE CONTRACTER
Le prestataire de services doit, à la date de dépôt de sa soumission, être autorisé à contracter par l’AMP, si le montant de la soumission fait en sorte que le contrat comportera une dépense qui est égale ou supérieure au montant déterminé par le gouvernement au regard de l’obligation de détenir une autorisation de contracter. À cet égard, il doit joindre le document attestant cette autorisation.
ASSURANCE QUALITÉ
Le prestataire de services doit posséder un système de qualité couvrant le domaine visé par l’appel d’offres qui est conforme à la norme ISO 9001 : 2015 au moment de déposer sa soumission.
