100%Le Ministère du Travail, de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale requiert les services d’un prestataire de services, afin de fournir des services professionnels, dans le domaine des technologies de l’information (TI) auprès de la Direction de la conception des solutions et de la transformation numérique (DCSTN). Plus précisément, l’appel d’offres concerne des travaux de modélisation des processus inhérents à la conception des solutions d’affaires.

Les travaux s’échelonneront sur une période de trente-six mois (36) mois débutant le 14 septembre 2020 et se terminant le 13 septembre 2023. Le prestataire de services doit indiquer dans le formulaire « Bordereau de prix », en fonction de la quantité estimée inscrite par le MTESS , le taux journalier qu’il soumet pour réaliser le contrat. Le taux journalier doit inclure le coût de la main-d’œuvre et de l’équipement, si requis, nécessaires à l’exécution du contrat, de même que les frais généraux, les frais d’administration, les frais de déplacement et de séjour, les avantages sociaux, les profits et les autres frais indirects inhérents au contrat et, lorsqu’ils s’appliquent, les frais et les droits de douane, les permis, les licences et les assurances Le prestataire de services retenu est celui qui a présenté la plus basse soumission conforme à la façon décrite à l’article 4.1 « Choix de l’adjudicataire » et ce, en fonction des besoins et des exigences exprimés dans les présents documents d’appel d’offres.
