100%La Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (Sépaq) demande des propositions pour l’approvisionnement en équipements de téléphonie IP Avaya et des services d’implantation, d’exploitation et de maintenance de son système téléphonique Avaya pour la plupart de ses établissements. La Sépaq souhaite acquérir des équipements et des licences d’utilisation de téléphonie.

D’autre part, la Sépaq désire demeurer maître d’œuvre dans le développement de son parc de téléphonie IP et s’adjoindre les services d’un partenaire pour l’assister dans la planification de la croissance, dans l’installation de certains sites, dans la configuration avancée des différents systèmes, dans la configuration des systèmes reliés aux fonctions de centre d’appel et dans toutes demandes de changement ou de support qu’elle ne désire ou ne peut pas réaliser elle-même. Enfin, la Sépaq requiert des services de maintenance de son parc de téléphonie IP.
