Le ministre retient les services du prestataire de services qui accepte de proposer au ministère de la Sécurité publique une ressource spécialiste ITIL laquelle accompagnera l'équipe responsable du support informatique (Technocentre et équipes de soutien aux utilisateurs) du Service du soutien aux utilisateurs (SSU), aidera à mettre en place des rôles et des processus favorisant l’utilisation des meilleures pratiques en TI au sein du SSU, dispensera une formation sur les notions et les concepts de base ITIL au personnel du SSU (40 personnes) ainsi qu’à différents intervenants de la Direction des technologies de l'information (15 personnes) et fera du coaching après de différents intervenants du SSU, conformément au présent contrat.
