Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement à l'édifice de la Mairie, situé au 145, rue Saint-Louis à Saint-Eustache, le 12 décembre 2017 à 11h00 en présence des personnes intéressées. Les personnes et les entreprises intéressées par cet appel d’offres doivent se procurer les documents d’appel d’offres en s’adressant au service électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) en communiquant avec un des représentants par téléphone au (number on the official notice) ou au (number on the official notice), ou en consultant le site web www.seao.ca . Les documents sont obtenus au coût établi par le SEAO. La ville de Saint-Eustache se réserve le droit d’accepter ou de rejeter toute soumission dont le soumissionnaire ne s’est pas procuré le document d’appel d’offres directement du SEAO incluant les addendas (s’il y a lieu). De plus, la Ville n’encourt aucune responsabilité du fait que les avis écrits ou documents quelconques véhiculés par le système électronique soient incomplets ou comportent quelque erreur ou omission que ce soit. En conséquence, tout soumissionnaire doit s’assurer, avant de soumissionner, d’obtenir tous les documents reliés à cet appel d’offres via le SEAO. Seules les soumissions présentées sur les documents préparés par le service de l’approvisionnement seront acceptées. Les soumissions doivent être présentées dans une enveloppe portant l’identification fournie en annexe du document d’appel d’offres. La Ville ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues.
