100%L'Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (UQAC) publie cet appel d'offres pour la mise en conformité des laboratoires de biologie. L’ORGANISME PUBLIC ayant la faculté d’adjuger à d'autres entrepreneurs, par contrats distincts, certains travaux l’ENTREPRENEUR devra travailler conjointement avec le fournisseur Inoxy-Lab inc. pour la conception et l’installation du mobilier de laboratoire.

Les travaux de ce dernier s’échelonneront du 4 au 20 juillet 2016 et l’ENTREPRENEUR doit prévoir dans son prix et dans l’organisation de son chantier la présence de ce fournisseur. L’ENTREPRENEUR devra leur fournir l’assistance et les services qu’il fournit habituellement à ses Sous-Contractants en plus d’assumer auprès d’eux les obligations de maître d’œuvre telles que définies dans la Loi sur la santé et de la sécurité du travail (RLRQ, chapitre S-2.1). Les travaux devront être terminés pour le 12 août 2016 afin que l'UQAC prenne possesion des espaces le 15 août 2016 en prévision de la rentrée scolaire.
