100%La Municipalité de Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard requiert des soumissions pour le déneigement, le déglaçage et l’épandage d’abrasifs des chemins municipaux du secteur SUD, pour l’hiver 2015-2016, avec quatre (4) ans en option pour une longueur de 22,4 kilomètres. La Municipalité ne s’engage à accepter ni la soumission la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et elle décline toute responsabilité à l’égard de l’un ou l’autre des soumissionnaires en cas de rejet de toutes les soumissions.
