L’Université de Sherbrooke désire acquérir un scanneur pour lire et analyser les micropuces fabriquées par Agilent, incluant mais non exclusivement les micropuces de Signature Genomics, Nimblegen, Agilent, etc... La résolution doit être d'au moins 5 microns, idéalement 2 à 2,5 microns. Idéalement, la soumission pourrait inclure un programme d'analyse, un four à hybridation et autres accessoires utiles à la préparation et à l'analyse des micropuces.
