Lieu du dépôt des soumissions : Hôtel de ville 453, rue Saint-Denis Saint-Alexandre (Québec) J0J 1S0 Les soumissions reçues seront ouvertes en présence des intéressés le même jour, au même endroit dès 13h35. Le soumissionnaire qui se verra octroyer le contrat devra réaliser le mandat selon les documents d’appel d’offres. La date limite pour le dépôt des plaintes est le 22 juin 2026, 16 h 30. La date limite pour répondre aux plaintes est le 25 juin 2026, 16 h 00. Les soumissionnaires doivent se procurer les documents d’appel d’offres par le système électronique d’appel d’offres (SE@O), au www.seao.ca ou en communiquant au (number on the official notice). Les documents pourront être obtenus au coût établi par le SEAO. La Municipalité ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et ce, sans encourir aucuns frais d’aucune sorte envers le ou les soumissionnaires. Le contrat est adjugé sur décision du conseil de la Municipalité, à sa seule discrétion et la Municipalité ne peut être liée d’aucune autre façon que par une résolution de son conseil.
