Les soumissions scellées et marquées « Appel d’offres 2026-22 – Rénovation de la station de pompage d’Orsonnens » doivent parvenir à l'hôtel de Ville de la Ville de Lac-Mégantic, à l'attention de M me Nancy Roy, directrice du Service du greffe et des ressources humaines, 5527, rue Frontenac, bureau 200, Lac-Mégantic, G6B 1H6, avant 10 h, le lundi 29 juin 2026. Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement au même endroit, immédiatement après l'heure de clôture des soumissions. Les soumissions reçues par télécopieur ne seront pas acceptées. Toutes soumissions reçues après l’heure fixée seront retournées aux soumissionnaires sans avoir été ouvertes. Le présent appel d’offres est assujetti à l’accord de commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO), à l’accord de libre-échange canadien (ALEC) et à l’accord économique et commercial global entre le Canada et l’Union européenne (AECG).
