Description
100%L’Institut de Cardiologie de Montréal (ICM), situé au 5000 rue Bélanger, est le premier hôpital spécialisé en cardiologie au Canada. L’hôpital procède annuellement à plus de : 8900 hospitalisations, 20 000 visites à l’urgence et 98 000 visites aux cliniques externes et spécialisées. Par le présent appel d’offres, l’ICM souhaite acquérir les services professionnels d’un partenaire pour la numérisation à l’externe pour l’ensemble des documents papiers à déposer au dossier médical de l’usager.

La durée du mandat est de trois (3) ans ferme avec DEUX (2) options de prolongation d’UNE (1) année chacune. Toutefois, l’ICM se réserve le droit de résilier le contrat à tout moment en cas d’insatisfaction et durant les années d’options en raison d’impératifs ministériels. La date officielle de début du contrat est fixée au 1er septembre 2026 , cependant le fournisseur sélectionné s’engage à être disponible le mois précédant le début du contrat afin de mettre en place les interfaces. Une période de transition avec le fournisseur actuel est exigée la semaine précédant le début du contrat. Il s’agit d’une période préparatoire durant laquelle l’Adjudicataire sera évalué sur l’ensemble du processus du service demandé, notamment sur la qualité des images reçues en numérisant un échantillon de documents fournis par l’ICM.
