Ces espaces seront transformés en bureaux fermés partagés, conformes aux normes de sécurité incendie et offrant des conditions de travail optimales.

L’entrepreneur devra fournir tous les matériaux, la main‑d’oeuvre, les équipements et la coordination nécessaires pour réaliser la construction de six (6) bureaux fermés dans les espaces à aire ouverte identifiés au 2ᵉ étage de la tour Est. Ce secteur sera entièrement libéré de ses occupants pendant toute la durée des travaux. Les travaux doivent mener à la livraison de bureaux fonctionnels, conformes et prêts à l’occupation. Les exigences techniques détaillées relatives aux matériaux, aux dimensions, aux standards et aux systèmes électromécaniques sont précisées aux sections DEVIS TECHNIQUE et PLANS.
