Ce contrat comprend également une assistance pour les retours de matériel (RMA) par lots et la remontée immédiate des incidents au centre d'assistance technique (TAC) de HPE/Aruba Networking afin de faciliter la mise en œuvre réussie de la solution. Le Fournisseur doit être en mesure de fournir un contrat de service pour tous les articles figurant dans l'annexe bordereau financier. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- McGill University (“McGill”) requires a solution from a single Supplier to provide maintenance support for its HPE/Aruba Wireless Networking infrastructure. McGill University will award one Supplier a contract for its 2026-2027 HPE/Aruba Networking annual software/hardware maintenance associated in running the solution as defined in the requirements. It also includes batch RMA support and the immediate escalation of incidents to HPE Networking TAC (technical assistance centre) to help implement the solution successfully. The Supplier must be able to provide a service contract for all items listed in the Financial Schedule.
