100%Appel d’offres 2026-334 RÉFECTION DE PAVAGE 2026 / Arrondissement de Chicoutimi La Ville de Saguenay demande des soumissions pour des travaux de bordure et trottoir, de planage, de correction d’orniérage, de décohésionnement, de réfection de structures ainsi que de pavage dans l’arrondissement de Chicoutimi. Le Contrat est adjugé au plus bas soumissionnaire conforme. La Ville de Saguenay ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et n’encourra aucune obligation quelconque envers le ou les soumissionnaires. Les soumissions doivent être reçues au secrétariat de la division de l’approvisionnement, 3501, rue du Roi-Georges, Jonquière (Québec) G7X 1V6 ou par voie électronique via le SÉAO avant le 1 er juin 2026 11 h00 ou à toute date ultérieure en cas de report de la date et heure limite de réception des soumissions. Seules seront considérées aux fins d’octroi du contrat, les soumissions des entreprises ayant un établissement au Québec ou, lorsqu’un accord intergouvernemental est applicable, au Québec ou dans une province ou un territoire visé par cet accord et, le cas échéant, dont la licence est requise en vertu de la Loi sur le bâtiment (L.R.Q. c-B-1.1).
