Description
100%OBJET Le présent Appel d’Offres a pour objectif de répondre aux besoins de l’Université du Québec à Trois Rivières (ci après désignée l’« ORGANISME PUBLIC » ou l’« UQTR ») pour le nouveau Pavillon Pellerin Marmen, en matière de sécurité des personnes, des biens et des lieux. À cette fin, il vise à retenir les services d’une agence de sécurité pour assurer des fonctions de sécurité au sens du Décret sur les agents de sécurité (c. D 2, r. 1). Ce pavillon a pour vocation de regrouper chercheurs, étudiants et partenaires externes afin de stimuler l’innovation, la collaboration interdisciplinaire et le transfert technologique. Il a pour objectif d’offrir un environnement de recherche performant, durable et exemplaire, en parfaite adéquation avec les meilleures pratiques environnementales. Sous toute réserve, il est prévu que le Contrat débute le 1er septembre 2026. Discrimination territoriale - Établissement du SOUMISSIONNAIRE et exigence de Services québécois Le présent Appel d’Offres n’est assujetti à aucun Accord intergouvernemental. Le SOUMISSIONNAIRE doit posséder, dans la province de Québec, un établissement où il exerce ses activités de façon permanente. L’ORGANISME PUBLIC doit privilégier l’acquisition de Services québécois ; en conséquence, sous peine de rejet de la Soumission, les Services doivent être québécois, soit réalisés par des personnes résidant au Québec dans une proportion minimale de SOIXANTE-DIX POUR CENT (70 %) du prix soumis.
