Les documents nécessaires à la soumission sont disponibles sur le site Internet du « Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) » à l’adresse www.seao.ca , à compter du lundi 30 mars 2026. Les soumissions devront être reçues à l’hôtel de ville, sur le formulaire et le bordereau de prix à cet effet, dans une enveloppe cachetée sur laquelle doit apparaître l’indication « SOUMISSION — ACQUISITION D’UN CAMION 10 ROUES AVEC BENNE 4 SAISONS ET ÉQUIPEMENTS DE DÉNEIGEMENT ».

Toute soumission doit, pour être valide, être accompagnée d’une garantie de soumission sous forme de chèque visé, de cautionnement ou de garantie bancaire valide pour une période de quatre-vingt-dix (90) jours d’un montant équivalant à 10 % du montant total de la soumission, avant taxes, et émise au nom de la Municipalité de Saint-Prosper.
