Les garanties financières ainsi que d’autres exigences sont indiquées dans les documents d’appel d’offres, il est de la responsabilité des soumissionnaires de les respecter. Seules sont autorisées à soumissionner les personnes, sociétés ou compagnies ayant leur principale place d’affaires au Québec ou dans une province ou territoire visé par un accord intergouvernemental applicable aux présents contrats. Les présents contrats sont assujettis à l’Accord du commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO) et à l’Accord de libre-échange canadien (ALEC).
