Les documents nécessaires à la soumission seront disponibles le 26 février 2026 conformément à l’article 620 du Code municipal du Québec (L.R.Q., c. C-27.1 et 573) de la Loi sur les cités et villes (L.R.Q., c.C-19), ces documents ne peuvent être obtenus que par le biais du système électronique d’appel d’offres approuvé par le gouvernement pour l’application de la Loi sur les contrats des organismes publics (L.R.Q., c. C-65.1), à savoir www.seao.ca . Les soumissionnaires doivent transmettre leurs soumissions par voie électronique par le biais du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO), au plus tard, le 30 mars 2026 à 11 h . Aucun appel d’offres déposé par la poste ou en main propre ne sera accepté. Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement par le responsable de l’appel d’offres de la Régie, en présence de deux (2) témoins, le 30 mars 2026 à 11 h 05 au 610, rue Collard à Alma (Québec) G8B 1N4.
