Le projet comprend, sans s’y limiter, la construction d’une montée en remblai afin de relier les boulevards de la Chaudière et du Versant-Nord en plus de la construction d’un pont d’étagement au-dessus de la voie ferrée du CN. Les travaux prévoient aussi le rehaussement et la reconstruction d’une partie du boulevard du Versant-Nord et la construction d’un réseau pluvial incluant la gestion par bassin avant rejet. Les travaux sont situés dans l’arrondissement de Sainte-Foy-Sillery-Cap-Rouge.
