Dans le cadre d’une adjudication selon le prix le plus bas Dossier no : 703101390 Acquisition et installation de tables ET DE rangements, de cabineS individuelleS, DE fauteuils ET D’ASSISES DIVERSES - Saguenay DESCRIPTION SOMMAIRE Par le présent appel d'offres, la CNESST souhaite recourir à des fournisseurs afin d’octroyer quatre contrats d’approvisionnement (un par lot) pour l’acquisition de biens livrables. Les quatre lots sont répartis ainsi :
- · Lot 1 : Tables et rangements;
- · Lot 2 : Cabines individuelles;
- · Lot 3 : Fauteuils;
- · Lot 4 : Assises diverses. .
Les fournisseurs peuvent transmettre une soumission pour le ou les lots de leur choix. Toutefois, les fournisseurs peuvent faire parvenir une seule soumission pour un même lot. Un contrat par lot sera octroyé au fournisseur admissible et conforme ayant soumissionné le prix le plus bas.
DURÉE PRÉVUE DES CONTRATS
Les contrats découlant de cet appel d’offres débuteront à leur signature par les deux parties et se termineront vers le 30 novembre 2026. Lieu de livraison et d’installation Les livraisons/installations des biens livrables doivent être effectuées à l’adresse suivante : Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail 2309 rue St-Hubert Saguenay, secteur Jonquière (Québec) G7X 5N6 REPRÉSENTANT DE LA CNESST La CNESST mandate la personne suivante pour la représenter : Madame Josée Lecours Cheffe d’équipe de la gestion contractuelle (email on the official notice) La CNESST oblige le fournisseur à s’adresser exclusivement à cette personne et à nulle autre personne dans le cadre du présent appel d’offres, à moins d’indication contraire de sa part. Tout manquement à cette obligation pourra entraîner l’élimination du fournisseur.
