Les travaux faisant l'objet du présent contrat comprennent la rénovation des vestiaires et du Hall d’entrée, en plus du remplacement des portes et de l’ajout d’une toile réfléchissante au-dessus de la glace, entre autres. Il y a de la moisissure sur les murs de blocs de béton dans les vestiaires à être enlever ainsi que du plomb dans la peinture des murs et de la structure d’acier au plafond. Vous référez au rapport de décontamination du consultant expert-conseil. La séquence des travaux devra inclure la décontamination.

Ce qui signifie un chevauchement ou un zonage de travaux (décontamination et construction) afin de ne pas perdre de temps et surtout de respecter la période estivale établie pour les travaux.
