Le tout est complété par une API permettant le transfert des données vers les systèmes de gestion de la Ville aux fins d’administration de la consommation d’eau. De plus, le fournisseur est appelé à dispenser la formation relative à son application aux utilisateurs de la Ville. Les services requis du fournisseur comprennent aussi le soutien technique. Le contrat comprend également une option d’achat permettant à la Ville d’acquérir, selon le scénario retenu, les émetteurs de télérelève compatibles avec le service de télérelève proposé. Le fournisseur devra s’assurer que ces équipements soient pleinement intégrés à la solution infonuagique et interopérables avec les systèmes internes de la Ville.
