Le présent appel d’offres est lancé à tous les fournisseurs qualifiés de la province de Québec ou dans un des territoires visés par les accords applicables. Ne seront considérées que les soumissions préparées sur les formulaires à cette fin.

Les formulaires, de même que le devis technique, peuvent être obtenus en visitant le site www.seao.ca ou par téléphone au 1 866 669-7326, et ce, à compter de 16 h le 27 août 2025 . Les soumissions scellées et clairement identifiées quant à leur contenu doivent être reçues à l’Hôtel de Ville de Chelsea, sous peine de rejet, avant 10h00 le 15 septembre 2025, heure locale en vigueur. La Municipalité de Chelsea ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions. La soumission sera valide pour une période de cent vingt (120) jours.
