Description
100%AVIS AUX SOUMISSIONNAIRES O BJET DE L’APPEL D’OFFRES
La MRC désire obtenir des soumissions pour la collecte, le transport et le traitement des matières organiques pour une durée de 20 mois plus deux périodes d’une année optionnelle (possibilité d’une ou deux années optionnelles). L’appel d’offres est divisé par lot, soit un lot et un lot optionnel par municipalité. Chaque lot sera attribué séparément par la MRC au soumissionnaire le plus bas et conforme aux exigences pour le lot lui correspondant. Les soumissionnaires ne sont pas tenus de soumissionner pour l’ensemble des lots et peuvent présenter une soumission uniquement pour les lots qui les intéressent. Les soumissionnaires intéressées pourront se procurer les documents d’appel d'offres sur le site du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) au www.seao.ca , à compter du 19 juin 2025 selon les tarifs applicables. Seuls les soumissionnaires s’étant procurés les documents d’appel d’offres via les services de SEAO pourront déposer une offre de services.

Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement à cette adresse à 11h05. La MRC ne s’engage à accepter ni la proposition la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues et n’assume aucune obligation de quelque nature que ce soit envers le ou les soumissionnaires. Les entreprises ne désirant pas soumissionner au présent appel d’offres sont invitées à remplir l’Avis de désistement à l’ANNEXE 8 du présent document.
