Les soumissions transmises par voie électronique doivent être effectuées par l’intermédiaire du système électronique d’appel d’offres à l’adresse mentionnée ci-haut avant 11 h le mardi 10 juin 2025 . L’ouverture des soumissions se fera au bureau de la greffière, le même jour, sera filmée et pourra être visionnée sur le site web de la Ville. La Ville de Trois-Rivières ne s'engage pas à accepter la plus basse des soumissions reçues ni aucune de celles-ci.
