La numérisation doit être effectuée selon les normes de numérisation et d’archivage en vigueur au Québec afin d’assurer la pérennité et l’intégrité de l’information contenue dans les dossiers et maintenir la valeur légale desdits documents, puisque les originaux seront détruits à la fin du mandat.
