100%Le présent appel d’offres vise la conclusion d’un contrat à exécution sur demande pour la fourniture de la main-d'œuvre, de l’équipement et de tous les matériaux nécessaires pour effectuer des travaux de plomberie à la Commission scolaire Lester-B.-Pearson. Cela inclut, sans s'y limiter, toutes les réparations nécessaires pour résoudre un problème critique ou celles qui sont indispensables au bon fonctionnement du bâtiment et au confort des occupants (non-critique).

Les travaux à réaliser seront déterminés au fur et à mesure des besoins exprimés par la Commission scolaire, sous forme de bons de travail. Les travaux visés par le présent appel d'offres concernent les travaux que la commission scolaire n'est pas en mesure d'exécuter elle-même par les membres de son personnel. Il est à noter que les travaux effectués dans le cadre d'un projet de construction confié à un entrepreneur général sont exclus du présent appel d'offres.
