Les documents d'appel d'offres pourront être obtenus par le Système électronique d'appel d'offres à l'adresse www.seao.ca, pour les entrepreneurs inscrits à ce service. Pour s'y abonner ou pour toutes autres questions, les entrepreneurs peuvent communiquer avec le SEAO par tél éphone au (number on the official notice) ou au (number on the official notice) (pour l’extérieur) ou en consultant le site Internet www.seao.ca en stipulant le numéro de référence TP2024-07 à compter du 23 juillet 2024. L’obtention des documents est assujettie à la tarification établie par le SEAO. Pour tout renseignement, le soumissionnaire devra communiquer, par écrit seulement, avec Pierre-Alain Bouchard, greffier et directeur du Service juridique de la Ville de Brownsburg-Chatham, par courriel à l'adresse (email on the official notice) et ce, au minimum sept (7) jours avant l’ouverture des soumissions afin de permettre à un responsabledu projet de répondre à toutes les demandes avant l’ouverture des soumissions.
EXIGENCES
Chacune des soumissions devra notamment être accompagnée d’un cautionnement de soumission émis en faveur de la Ville de Brownsburg-Chatham au montant équivalant à dix pourcent (10 %) du total de la soumission, incluant les taxes. De plus, ce cautionnement de soumission devra être accompagné d'une lettre d’engagement confirmant que si le contrat est accordé et accepté, le soumissionnaire émettra en faveur de la Ville de Brownsburg-Chatham , dans les quinze (15) jours à compter de la date de l’envoi de l’avis d’adjudication, une garantie d’exécutionetunegarantiedesobligationsdel’adjudicatairepourgages,matériauxet services chacune pour cinquante pourcent (50 %) du contrat d'entreprise, incluant les taxes.

Les soumissions devront être déposées (l’original et une (1) copie de tous les documents) dans des enveloppes scellées et identifiées « TRAVAUX DE PAVAGE, D’ÉCLAIRAGE ET DE REPROFILAGE DES FOSSÉS DU DOMAINE CADIEUX », à la réception de l’hôtel de ville situé au 300, rue de l’hôtel-de-Ville, Brownsburg-Chatham (Québec) J8G 3B4, avant onze heures (11 h), le 22 août 2024 , etseront ouvertes publiquementlemêmejour, au même endroit. La Ville de Brownsburg-Chatham ne s'engage à accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissionsreçues,niàencouriraucunsfraisquelconques,niobligationd'aucunesorte envers le ou les soumissionnaires.
