Les travaux incluent également, sans s’y limiter, le terrassement, les déblais de 2 e classe, la récupération des matériaux granulaires résiduels de catégorie 3 et la disposition des surplus conformément au RVMR la disposition des rebuts, le remplacement de trois (3) ponceaux, la gestion de l’eau et protection de l’environnement, l’aménagement paysager, la démolition et la disposition du pavage existant ainsi que les autres travaux de voirie. Les soumissions dans des enveloppes scellées portant l’inscription « TRAVAUX DE RÉFECTION DE VOIRIE SUR LA RUE PROULX À SAINT-SAMUEL » et adressées à l’attention de la Directrice générale de la Ville de Saint-Samuel, seront reçues jusqu'à 11 h, le jeudi 8 août 2024 au bureau municipal de Saint-Samuel situé au 140, rue de l’Église, G0Z 1G0. L’ouverture des soumissions se fera publiquement au même endroit, le même jour à 11 h 05. Ne seront considérées que les soumissions préparées sur les formulaires fournies par la Municipalité. Le devis d’appel d’offres peut être obtenu directement par le système électronique d’appel d’offres SEAO à l’adresse https://seao.gouv.qc.ca/ ou en communiquant avec un des représentants par téléphone au (number on the official notice) ou au (number on the official notice) en stipulant le numéro de référence « 2320 ». Les documents peuvent être obtenus au coût établi par le SEAO. Les soumissions devront être accompagnées d’une garantie de soumission équivalant à 10% de la valeur du contrat avant taxes et valide pour une période de cent vingt (120) jours de la date d'ouverture des soumissions. La Municipalité de Saint-Samuel ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues.
