Dépôt et ouverture des soumissions : Les soumissions seront reçues et ouvertes publiquement au CLSC et Centre de services ambulatoires de Vaudreuil-Dorion situé au 3031, boulevard de la Gare, bureau 540, Vaudreuil-Dorion, J7V 9R2. L’ouverture des soumissions pourrait avoir lieu dans un local adjacent. En plus de ce qui est prévu à la clause « ouverture des soumissions », l'ORGANISME PUBLIC diffuse l'ouverture des soumissions en direct sur le web et par la suite un enregistrement de celle-ci se transmise sur SEAO via addenda à tous les soumissionnaires y ayant commandé leurs documents d’AO.
