Les travaux incluent, sans toutefois s'y limiter, l'excavation, le démantèlement des conduites, l'installation de nouvelles conduites d'égout pluvial et, le remplacement et fourniture de nouveaux regards pluvial, le remblai et le pavage et la remise en état.

Les soumissionnaire qui se verra octroyer le contrat devra réaliser les travaux selon les plans et devis réalisés par la FQM. La municipalité ne s'engage à accepter ni la soumission la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et elle décline toute responsabilité à l'égard de l'un ou l'autre des Soumissionnaires en cas de rejet de toutes les soumissions. Le contrat est adjugé sur décision du Conseil de la municipalité, à sa seule discrétion, et la Municipalité en peut être liée d'aucune autre façon que par une résolution de son Conseil. Date d'ouverture des soumissions: "17 avril 2021 à 11 h 00" Lieu du dépôt des soumissions: 25-A, rue Saint-Pierre, Saint-Clément (Québec) G0L 2N0 Sont admissibles à soumissionner au présent appel d'offres les Soumissionnaires ayant un établissement au Québec ou dans un territoire visé par un accord intergouvernemental de libéralisation des marchés applicable à la Municipalité dans le cadre du présent appel d'offres, soit l'Accord Québec-Ontario (ACCQO), l'Accord Québec-Nouveau-Brunswick(AQNB) et l'Accord de libre-échange canadien (ALEC).
