Pour être reçue, toute soumission doit se trouver physiquement (sous forme papier), sous pli cacheté, à la réception de l'Hôtel de Ville situé au 87 rue Principale à Granby, avant l'heure et la date mentionnées ci-haut. Le soumissionnaire doit se procurer le document d’appel d’offres directement du Système Électronique d’Appel d’Offres (SÉAO) au coût établi en consultant le site internet www.seao.ca .
