Le prestataire de services devra être en mesure de lui fournir une opinion indépendante et objective sur l’efficacité des mesures de sécurité mises en place pour assurer la protection de ses informations, de ses solutions d’affaires et de ses infrastructures technologiques, pour identifier les vulnérabilités techniques, évaluer les risques et produire les recommandations appropriées. Le contrat est de type à exécution sur demande avec trois (3) prestataires de services. L'allocation des travaux se fera en accordant la priorité au prestataire de services ayant présenté la plus basse soumission conforme.
