100%APPEL D'OFFRES AVIS est par la présente donné par la soussignée que Ville de Laval recevra des soumissions pour: No DOS-1845 Service de remise en culture de terres agricoles en friche en zone agricole permanente de Laval Les soumissions seront reçues du lundi au vendredi de 8 h 30 à 12 h 00 et de 13 h 00 à 16 h 30, et ce, au plus tard à 10 h 30 le jeudi 19 octobre 2023 à la réception du Service du greffe située au 3131, boulevard Saint-Martin Ouest, 4 e étage, bureau 430 .

Veuillez noter que nos bureaux seront fermés le 9 octobre 2023. 1. Les documents d’appel d’offres sont disponibles sur le Système électronique d’appel d’offres SEAO à l’adresse www.seao.ca ou en communiquant avec un de ses représentants par téléphone au numéro (number on the official notice) pour la région de Montréal, ou pour l’extérieur au numéro 1-866-669-seao (7326). 2. Seules seront considérées les soumissions présentées sur les documents spécialement préparés à cette fin et qui seront trouvées conformes aux conditions énumérées aux documents d’appel d’offres. 3. Les soumissions devront être remises au Greffier sous pli cacheté, être clairement identifiées sur l’enveloppe extérieure quant au numéro de la soumission et au nom du soumissionnaire et être présentées sur les documents préparés à cette fin. 4. Seules les soumissions reçues dans le délai ci-dessus mentionné seront ouvertes à 11 h le jeudi 19 octobre 2023 dans la salle 120 située au rez-de-chaussée du 3131, boulevard Saint-Martin Ouest . Veuillez noter que la date limite de réception des soumissions ainsi que la date d’ouverture des soumissions prévue au présent avis pourraient être reportées par la publication d’un addenda sur le Système électronique d’appel d’offres SEAO. Il est de la responsabilité des soumissionnaires de faire cette vérification avant le dépôt de leur soumission. La Ville de Laval se réserve toutefois le privilège de n'accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions et de n'encourir aucune poursuite ou réclamation pour frais ou pertes subis par les soumissionnaires.
