Les documents de soumission peuvent être consultés et obtenus uniquement auprès du Système électronique d’appel d’offres du gouvernement du Québec (SEAO), à partir du 13 septembre 2023, selon les modalités et les coûts indiqués sur le site du SEAO à l’adresse suivante : www.seao.ca Les soumissions sous enveloppes scellées (1 original et 1 copie électronique sur clé USB) portant la mention « ACHAT DE DEUX (2) CAMIONNETTES ÉLECTRIQUES DE TYPE PICK-UP POUR LE SERVICE DES TRAVAUX PUBLICS DE LA VILLE DE RICHELIEU (TP2023-10) » seront reçues à la réception de l’hôtel de ville de Richelieu, au 200, boulevard Richelieu, à Richelieu (Québec), J3L 3R4, jusqu’au lundi 2 octobre 2023, onze heures (11 h) . Toute soumission reçue après ce délai ne sera pas acceptée et sera retournée au soumissionnaire sans être décachetée. Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement et en présence d’au moins deux témoins, dans la salle du conseil de l’hôtel de ville, immédiatement après le délai fixé. Tous ceux qui soumissionneront pourront assister à l’ouverture des soumissions. La Ville de Richelieu ne s’engage à retenir ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions présentées. Il est de la responsabilité des soumissionnaires de s’assurer qu’ils détiennent tous les documents requis avant de déposer leur soumission.
