100%APPEL D’OFFRES PUBLIC nº 23-598 Achat de sel de déglaçage La Ville de Saint - Joseph - de - Beauce requiert des soumissions pour la fourniture et la livraison de sel en vrac pour le déglaçage des chaussées (chlorure de sodium) selon les options suivantes : Option 1 – contrat d’une durée de 1 an pour la saison hivernale 2023-2024 ; Option 2 – contrat d’une durée de 2 ans pour les saisons hivernales 2023-2024 et 2024-2025.

Les documents nécessaires à la soumission seront disponibles par l’intermédiaire uniquement du système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) à l’adresse : www.seao.ca ou commander par téléphone au numéro sans frais (number on the official notice) (numéro de l’avis : 1 752 893 / 1 753 674 ). L’obtention des documents est sujette à la tarification de cet organisme. Tout soumissionnaire intéressé devra se conformer aux exigences contenues dans les documents d’appel d’offres. La soumission doit être reçue avant 11h, le jeudi 7 septembre 2023. L’ouverture des soumissions se fera au même endroit, immédiatement après l’heure de clôture des soumissions. Le présent contrat est assujetti à l’ACCQO et à l’ALEC. La Ville ne s’engage à accepter ni la soumission la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues et elle décline toute responsabilité à l’égard de l’un ou l’autre des soumissionnaires en cas de rejet de toutes les soumissions. Le contrat est adjugé sur décision du conseil de la Ville, à sa seule discrétion, et la Ville ne peut être liée d’aucune autre façon que par une résolution de son conseil.
