Les entreprises ou personnes intéressées doivent se procurer les documents de soumission par le biais du système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) à l’adresse suivante : www.seao.ca à partir du 15 Juin 2023. Les soumissions scellées devront être déposées avant 11 h le 06 juillet 2023 et seront ouvertes publiquement le même jour, au 7440, route Marie-Victorin, Lotbinière, (Québec), G0S 1S0. Les soumissions seront déposées au Conseil lors d’une séance ultérieure. Toute soumission reçue après l’heure et la date spécifiées ci-haut sera rejetée. Toute soumission doit être accompagnée d’un cautionnement de soumission dont le montant est égal à 10 % du montant total de la soumission excluant les taxes applicables, valide pour une période de cent-vingt (120) jours. La Municipalité ne s’engage à accepter ni la soumission la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et elle décline toute responsabilité à l’égard de l’un ou l’autre des soumissionnaires en cas de rejet de toutes les soumissions.
