100%Un certain nombre de postes de travail aménagés aux Archives nationales à Québec sont en fin de vie et BAnQ désire les remplacer. Le présent appel d’offres vise à acquérir, livrer et installer les différentes composantes de mobilier mentionnées dans le Bordereau de prix (Annexe 2.00) pour renouveler ces postes de travail à aire ouverte dans un secteur administratif situé au niveau 4 de l’édifice. BAnQ souhaite que les nouveaux postes de travail soient livrés et installés le plus tôt possible.

Globalement le mandat s’exprime comme suit : ? îlot 1 - deux (2) postes de travail*; ? îlot 2 - un (1) poste de travail*; ? îlot 3 - trois (3) postes de travail*; ? ilot 4 - un (1) poste de travail*. *Voir le Bordereau de prix (Annexe 2.00) pour connaître les spécifications des composantes des postes de travail souhaités. Les chartes des finis et un plan d’aménagement sont aussi disponibles. Les spécifications sont celles du manufacturier « ARTOPEX ». Les principaux finis sont les suivants : Mobilier (tables et surfaces de travail) : BW – Blanc; Panneaux, tablettes de comptoir et caisson mobile : TC – Cerisier Tabac; Métal de contour, coup de pied et pattes des tables ajustables: Artopex 3067 – Noir. BAnQ acceptera un modèle équivalent au modèle spécifié. Un modèle équivalent est accepté si ce dernier (1) répond aux spécifications techniques du produit souhaité et (2) est jugé conforme par BAnQ. Les professionnels de BAnQ évalueront et valideront le respect des spécifications techniques d’un modèle équivalent. La décision de choisir un produit équivalent revient entièrement à BAnQ. Un soumissionnaire intéressé à soumettre un modèle équivalent doit fournir le numéro du produit équivalent soumis et une documentation pertinente via un hyperlien. Un espace est prévu à cet effet dans le Bordereau de prix (Annexe 2.00). Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent remplir le Bordereau de prix (Annexe 2.00) dans son entièreté et servira à déterminer le plus bas soumissionnaire qui satisfait aux conditions d’admissibilité et de conformité. Pour une solution équivalente, le Bordereau de prix (Annexe 2.00) doit être ajusté en conséquence. Un pourcentage d’escompte sur le prix de liste de chaque composante est demandé. Chaque soumissionnaire intéressé doit fournir également avec sa soumission un certificat d’accréditation du manufacturier attestant que le fournisseur est autorisé de vendre, installer et réparer les composantes soumises.
