100%Acquisition d'un autoclave vertical qui servira à la préparation des différentes étapes dans un laboratoire de culture in vitro. Il servira à la préparation de l'agar, la stérilisation du matériel et dans la stérilisation de différents médias de culture nécessaire dans le cadre des recherches du CCTT-Cedfob. L'autoclave devait inclure les éléments suivants: réservoir d'eau distillé, posséder au moins 3 paniers métalliques dans la cuve, avoir un système de refroidissement rapide, etc.
