La reconversion comprend l’enveloppe, la structure d’acier et l’aménagement d’une partie du bâtiment à l’état « base building ».

De plus, les travaux visent à compléter la réhabilitation environnementale des sols sous une partie du bâtiment. Les documents nécessaires à la préparation et au dépôt de la soumission sont disponibles sur le site SEAO ( www.seao.ca ). Les soumissions scellées faites en trois (3) copies et marquées « Appel d’offres 2022-33 Reconversion d’une ancienne scierie » doivent être parvenues à l’hôtel de ville de la Ville de Lac-Mégantic, à l’attention de M me Nancy Roy, greffière, 5527, rue Frontenac, bureau 200, Lac-Mégantic, G6B 1H6, avant 10 h, le lundi 5 décembre 2022 . Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement au même endroit, immédiatement après l’heure de clôture des soumissions. La date de réception des plaintes est fixée au 28 novembre 2022 avant 10 h à l’attention de M me Nancy Roy, greffière. À moins d’indication contraire, cet appel d’offres est assujetti à l’Accord de libre-échange canadien (ALEC) et lorsque applicable, à l’Accord de commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO) et à l’Accord de libéralisation des marchés publics du Québec et du Nouveau-Brunswick (AQNB). La Ville de Lac-Mégantic se réserve le droit de n’accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions et n’encourt aucune responsabilité à l’égard du ou des soumissionnaires.
