Les soumissions adressées au soussigné, seront reçues au comptoir du service de la sécurité situé au 625, avenue Sainte-Croix, Montréal, H4L 3X7, jusqu'à 10h00 , heure en vigueur localement, le 18 ème jour du mois d’octobre 2022 ou par dépôt électronique sur le site du SEAO. Les soumissions seront ouvertes le même jour et à la même heure selon les conditions énumérées dans les documents d’appel d’offres. Les soumissions doivent être accompagnées d’un cautionnement de soumission conforme aux documents d’appel d’offres représentant vingt pour cent (10%) de la valeur de sa soumission à l'ordre du Propriétaire. Le Cegep de Saint-Laurent ne s'engage à accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, notamment lorsqu’il juge que les prix sont trop élevés ou disproportionnés ou ne reflètent pas un juste prix.
